Facilitation

Group facilitation

Does your team or organisation collectively need mentoring through a change process? As an experienced moderator, I help peer groups collectively to gain new perspectives, insights, and solutions.

CREDENTIALS: I am a trained Action Learning Set facilitator through Action Learning Associates, accredited by the Institute of Learning and Management (ILM).

I delivered a series of ‘Managing Change’ interactive workshops for different cohorts of alumni from the Clore Emerging Leaders programme. I’ve found it hugely rewarding and stimulating to influence and work with such talented and ambitious creative professionals who aspire to lead and make a difference to the cultural sector and the world at large.

Thank you so much for delivering such an engaging session! It was lovely to meet you and everybody felt it was an excellent session. For me, it helped me to understand reactions to change both in myself and others which I think will inevitably inform how the process can be managed most effectively. (Anna Zeuner, Head of Communications, Pallant House Gallery/Clore Emerging Leaders Alumni, 2017)

Her session was well timed and structured, and packed with lots of good examples and visuals. I have actually used one of the images she gave us (drawn on a flipchart the lines of change ideal vs reality) yesterday in the volunteers social and that was crucial to get volunteers on board to understand certain aspects of the programmes we are going to deliver! (Chiara Russo, Volunteer Coordinator, Alexandra Palace/Clore Emerging Leaders Alumni, 2017)

Thanks so much for a great workshop yesterday – the group found it really valuable and have definitely gained some more knowledge and tools to help them.(Hannah Tookey, Theatre & Film Creative Producer, Clore Emerging Leaders Alumni, 2016)

Thank you so much for coming yesterday. I found the session very helpful, and I hope to use the conceptualisation of the change curve in my own transformation from employee to self-starter! (Tom Johnson, Clore Emerging Leaders Alumni, 2016)

Alexandra Palace was in the midst of building a new Learning Centre to open at the end of 2018. I facilitated a thinking day with community stakeholders to help inform their planning and next steps:

A massive thank you for all your hard work on Wednesday. We were really pleased with how it went and there is certainly lots for us (and the architects) to think about. We are now working on having all the feedback collated so that we can pass it over to the Design Team, it was great to hear people being so positive about what is happening.
